The Reboot.. Day 3- 2nd round

I am doing another 20 days of HCG.. I lost 20.5 pounds the first round.. The two gorge days I had I went gambling, eating, and drinking. Wrong thing to do. Puked all night. I put on some pounds those two days and now I am loosing it all again.. FYI don't eat a hamburger and drink to much.. hehe.. I feel so much better getting back on the diet. I felt like crap on the two days..

Gained on the two days- 10 pounds.. yucky...
Lost the first three days- 5 pounds
Goal- 125-130
Weight to Goal- 65-70

Day 21

I have now lost 18 pounds. I am so stoked. I plan on going to Wendover for my gorge days. Buffet here I come.. : ) I am learning this process as I go. I know I am supposed to be gorging this day but I can wait for a couple more.
I am so excited that my family really has supported me in this life process change. I know I can get to my goal weight in no time.. Hopefully.. I might have to go past October for goal weight but it is a time to look forward to. Anyone that knows me, knows I am a head strong woman and will do this. So, please pray for me to get there.

Day 21
Goal Weight- 120-125
Weightloss- 18
Weight left to goal- 70

HCG Works..!!

Ok going on day 18 and I have lost 15 pounds.. I am so stoked.. I have more to go but I am feeling it.. I love it.. My goal is 120-125. I know I can do it.. I am way excited to have my clothes fall off : O My husband told me he will buy me new clothes.. : ) I will need a lot of them.. I will never get this fat again..

HCG VLCD- day 18 lost 15 pounds.... Mind over Matter.. The Matter leaves when the mind is in control.. (I just made that up..)

Goals- 120-125 pounds is my goal weight.. I am only 5ft 3in..
Be at goal by October 1, 2010.. I know I can do it.. : )

Day 11.. -11

Day 11 and I am down 11 pounds.. I love it.!!.. I am not hungry and don't feel like I am missing out on anything.. I am very head strong so I feel like this helps motivate me.. Mind control over my own future is a power I have to have.. I also want to be healthy and not have to stress over diabetes, heart disease ect. I am going to do it. I am going to be skinny again..

Working on a new body

I am working to achieve a healthier and happier me. I am doing the HCG diet and I am amazed.. I have had the hardest time of loosing weight.. I have PCOS and it makes it so hard to loose those pounds..
I started HCG July 11, 2010 weighting a lot.. I will post my initial weight after I loose a lot more.. hehe I have now lost 6.5 pounds in 6 days. I am planning on loosing 100 pounds. Now I only have to loose 94.. YES!! I am going to do it and am going to look to hot after.. I know this is a process and I am going to do it.. I am doing this for ME and NoOne else..

Mothers Day

Mothers day was a very nice and peaceful day. Spent the day with my beautiful daughters, parents, sister and nephew.. They are all planning on moving to Colorado this next month and I am going to miss them all so much.
I have gotten my garden planted and the flower pots done. I am trying to do a little bit at a time in between my softball playing Brooke and my needs to get her homework caught up Marrisa..
One semester down in school and I am very proud to say I got an A in Psy 1100 and a B in Health.. I am going to take English this semester and I am hoping I will get more great grades.. : ) Well, back to work I go..

2009 is Officially Over

Ok, so lots going on.. I am starting school next week. Working on my pre-requisits for Nursing.. Finally, I have joined the other 20 billion other adults that have a job profession.. Yes, finally I have decided what I want to be when I grow up.. Granted this will take some time and a long process. So, don't anyone start thinking I'm to grown up ok?

Holiday season is over for 2009 and went wonderful. Marrisa and Brooke got a great big dose of reality when I had them help serve the homeless and disabled in our area. I am so greatful of having that opportunity with them to do that.

I was so spoiled for Christmas this year. Sterlin and the girls got me a lap top with a case for school. This last summer for my birthday he bought me a hot tub and then put in a deck. I cannot believe how much he has done for me. Amazing man.
